Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Dear Mom. We prepare our products in small batches and pack every order with care so it reaches you fresh.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver across India. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be informed at checkout or contacted by our team.

Order processing

• Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
• Orders placed after 5 PM or on Sundays/holidays are processed on the next business day.
• You will receive an email/SMS with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery generally takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer. Delays caused by courier partners, weather or other events beyond our control may occasionally occur.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your package arrives damaged, leaking or with the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product. See our Returns & Cancellation Policy for details.
