Ghar Banaya Triphala — the classic Ayurvedic blend of three fruits, made at home with care.
Dear Mom Triphala Powder brings together three time-honoured fruits in equal balance — Amla (Indian gooseberry), Harad (Haritaki) and Baheda (Bibhitaki). The fruits are sun-dried, cleaned and stone-ground in small batches into a fine, fresh powder, just as it has been prepared in Punjabi homes for generations.
Why you'll love it
- Three fruits, one blend — amla, harad and baheda in traditional proportion
- Homemade style — small-batch, finely ground, no fillers
- No added colour, flavour or preservatives
- Traditionally used in Ayurveda as part of a daily wellness and digestion routine
How to use
Traditionally, ½ to 1 teaspoon is mixed in a glass of warm water and taken at night before bed, or in the morning on an empty stomach. It can also be mixed with honey.
Storage
Keep the jar tightly closed in a cool, dry place. Use a dry spoon.
